The Contractor undertakes independently to carry out all the works necessary for the construction and use of the building. The contracted price also includes the value of all unforeseen works and surplus works, and excludes the impact of the shortage of works on the contracted price, assuming that there has been no change in the scope of the contracted works on the basis of the agreement of the contracting parties or for reasons for which the Client is responsible. If, in a turnkey contract, it participates as a contracting party to several contractors, their liability towards the Client shall be joint and several.
