… months. The contracting authority has concluded Contracts for the procurement of the goods in question in the period up to 12,12027. All delivered medical devices must be on the market, i.e. in circulation, in the Republic of Croatia, i.e. they must meet the essential requirements, have an approval assessment and be marked "CE", in accordance with the provisions of the Medical Devices Act (Official Gazette 76/13). The amount of the subject of the procurement is indicative, determined by the Cost, by the estimated quantities and will be purchased successively, according to the dynamics determined by the requirements for the delivery of the Client. The Customer shall purchase the goods according to their actual needs and shall not be obliged to purchase the entire indicative quantity specified in the Cost Statement. The quantity actually procured, on the basis of the concluded Contract, may be greater or less than the indicative quantity, in accordance with the Client's needs and the financial resources provided.
