Az igazolást a 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet 22. § (1)-(2) bekezdése szerint kell benyújtani. A 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. rendelet 1. § (1) bekezdés alapján az ajánlattevőnek az ajánlatában a II. Fejezetnek megfelelően, az egységes európai közbeszerzési dokumentum benyújtásával kell előzetesen igazolnia, hogy megfelel a Kbt. 65. §-a alapján az ajánlatkérő által meghatározott alkalmassági követelményeknek, elegendő az alfa szakasz szerint.
