… projects, in the ‘working project’ phase, including a textual and graphic part, a detailed bill of quantities and an estimate of the value of the individual project parts and a summary, and should include the following parts: Architecture; Interior and furnishing; Structures; Parking and Public Works; Geodesy; Technology (if necessary), Electrical installations; Water Supply and Sewerage; Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning; Energy Efficiency; Fire safety and audit documentation. Each project part should contain: explanatory note, required technical calculations, graphical part – schematics, drawings on an appropriate scale and details clarifying and ensuring the execution of the works, technical specification of materials, required standards and/or parameters, detailed quantitative accounts. In addition, appropriate graphical visualizations are required - perspective views, 3D visualizations, photomontages, schemes, tables, text and other illustrative materials, illustrating in the most accessible and attractive way the project solution. 2.
