Lots № 1 and № 3, respectively for the supply and installation of furniture and the supply, installation and adjustment of stage lighting, have an individual estimated value that does not exceed the maximum amount set in Article 21(6) of the PPA per lot for supplies and services – EUR 79 998.77. The aggregate estimated value of lots № 1 and № 3 amounts to EUR 43 500,00 excluding VAT, which represents 7,96 % of the total estimated value of the contract of EUR 546 050,00 excluding VAT. Thus, the conditions laid down in Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act are cumulatively met: the individual estimated value of each of the lots referred to does not exceed the threshold laid down by law, and their total estimated value does not exceed 20 % of the total estimated value of the public contract. Therefore, lots № 1 and № 3 may be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of each of them, under the conditions laid down in Article 21(6) of the PPA in conjunction with Article 20(4) of the PPA. Nevertheless, in accordance with the express provision of Article 21(6) of the PPA, lots № 2 and № 4 shall be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire public contract. Scope of the individual lots: The public procurement is divided into four lots, tailored to the type, purpose, specificity and functional separateness of the equipment and furniture provided for delivery and installation. Separation creates conditions for the participation of economic operators with the relevant specialisation and for the effective implementation of the different groups of supplies and activities. Lot № 1: ‘Delivery and installation of furniture’ Estimated value: 25 500,00 € excluding VAT. The scope of the lot includes the supply and installation of furniture for the common areas, the cafeteria and the office premises of the sports complex, including sofas, desks, cabinets, wardrobes, office chairs, stools and visitor chairs, as required by the Technical Specification. Lot № 2: ‘Supply and installation of sports equipment’ Estimated value: €372,000,00 excluding VAT. The scope of the lot includes the supply and installation of specialised sports equipment for the sports hall and adjacent functional areas, including automatically retractable stands, basketball baskets, volleyball system, boxing equipment, electronic information boards and fitness equipment, according to the Technical Specification. Lot № 3: ‘Supply, installation and adjustment of stage lighting’ Estimated value: 18 000,00 € excluding VAT.
