… specified by filing an application by the Contracting Authority or persons designated by it. Within 10 calendar days of the date of entry into force of the contract, the Contractor shall provide information on the dimensions of the life-saving suits for work in water, comprising the range of at least 165 cm to 195 cm, the safety footwear, at least 36 to 47 respectively, of the European Numbering (EU) and the protective gloves, not less than S to XL inclusive. The delivery period shall be up to 120 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order of the Contracting Authority by the Contractor, but not later than 11 February 2028. The order shall be sent by the Contracting Authority or persons designated by it within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. The contract may be amended with regard to the deadline for performance of the public procurement contract (11.02.2028), on the basis of Article 116(1)(1) of the PPA, by mutual agreement of the Parties, expressed in writing, in the event that an additional agreement amends the deadline for implementation of the activity/project agreed in the financing contract № 18437/12.03.2025 for the implementation of the strategic project Floodguard 2 ‘Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in the event of floods and subsequent disasters and emergencies in the cross-border region’, financed under the Interreg VI-A Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027 programme. The deadline for implementation of the relevant activity is extended by a period corresponding to the period for which the duration of the activity/project has been extended, but not more than the period between the date of expiry of the deadline for implementation of the relevant activity and the end date of the extended duration of the activity/project. The scope and nature of the possible modification, as well as the conditions under which it may be used, must not lead to a change in the subject-matter of the contract. The amendment should correspond to the amendments to the rules and instructions of the funding body and/or to the grant agreement, which can only be a factual basis for the amendment of the contract in the case of Article 116(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act.
