… right to operate public scheduled urban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Epirus’, with an estimated value of €45 000 000.00 plus VAT (i.e. €4 500 000 per year, for ten (10) years) The estimated value of the contract amounts to a total of €260 000 000.00 excluding VAT of 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 293,800,000.00). Including an option, if exercised under the terms and conditions of Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may amount to EUR 390 000 000,00 excluding VAT of 13 % (estimated value including VAT: € 440,700,000.00). The duration of the contract is set at ten (10) years for each Department, from the date of commencement of the provision of transport work as specified in the contract, in accordance with paragraph 6.2 of this Notice. The duration of the contract may be extended, at the discretion of the contracting entity, for up to five (5) additional years exclusively under the terms and conditions of Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 and in accordance with European Commission Notices 2014/C 92/01 and 2023/C 222/01 on interpretative directives for Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007.
