What the buyer is looking for
The target of the acquisition is the acquisition of one (1) new mobile imaging unit with computed tomography equipment for use by HUS Diagnostic Centre. The CT equipment to be installed in a trailer is a so-called basic CT equipment. The equipment must be suitable for a wide range of on-call examinations, the most common of which are head and body area, joint and limb examinations, including trauma scans. In addition, examinations on the equipment include vascular angiography, brain perfusions, as well as baseline coronary artery imaging and other ECG-scheduled imaging. The number of studies on the equipment may vary, but the usual number of studies is estimated to be between 5000 and 7000 per year. … meets the absolute requirements and the entire mobile imaging unit. The ceiling price does not include mandatory options or maintenance contract costs. If the price of the equipment offered exceeds the above-mentioned ceiling price, the offer will be rejected. As an option, the right to purchase up to three (3) additional equipment will be reserved for the HUS Group's operating area or, more broadly, for national use (coordinated by the HUS Diagnostic Centre) during the years 2027-2030. The prices quoted in the tender are fixed until 31 December 2027, unless otherwise specified in the invitation to tender or its annexes. The supplier has no right to change prices during this period. Prices may be increased only in proportion to the actual change in costs, in accordance with the index recorded in the draft contract at the time of signature for option devices (2028-2030). Option purchases are not binding. HUS makes a decision on a possible option purchase without a purchase obligation in accordance with its needs. The contracting entity may suspend the procurement if the financing of the project does not materialise as planned. HUS will consider the extent to which it concludes equipment maintenance agreements or whether the maintenance is carried out as the hospital's own operations.
