What the buyer is looking for
With this invitation to tender, the Tax Administration (later also the Subscriber) requests an offer of various external customer surveys targeted at consumer and private customers, as well as corporate and institutional customers, for the needs of the Tax Administration's units. The service to be procured is described in more detail in the appendix Description of the subject of the procurement and other appendices to the invitation to tender. On the basis of a competitive tendering procedure, the Tax Administration selects one supplier and concludes a contract with the winning bidder. The aim of the agreement is to start on 1 February 2027. The contract is valid until further notice. Submission of a tender is subject to consideration and acceptance of the terms of the draft contract.
