What the buyer is looking for
This invitation to tender concerns the award of a two-year framework contract for the supply of fuel cards as a payment solution for the purchase of diesel for the Customer's Vehicles from the Supplier's network of fuel stations abroad (Europe). Foreign countries means countries in Europe outside Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The extent of the supplier's network of tank facilities abroad is part of the tender evaluation. The supplier must, as part of the Agreement, continuously issue the necessary number of fuel cards to be used for payment for diesel, etc. on the supplier's network of fuel systems abroad. The supplier must also transmit daily information regarding the use of fuel cards to FMI, as specified in the tender documents. The expected annual pull on the framework agreement is estimated to be about 200,000 liters of diesel and possibly about 25,000 liters of gasoline. These figures are based on FMI’s 2023-2025 experience figures.
Selection criteria — via the ESPD
The buyer states in the notice that eligibility is proven through the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD); the concrete requirements are in the tender documents. The document analysis below extracts them from there — bid and evidence in Danish.
