Maintenance is carried out over a period of 48 months, with the obligation to produce a quarterly report on the condition and problems with the operation of lifting columns and with proposals for improving functionality and eliminating defects in the operation of the device. MAINTENANCE OF THE WORK OF THE SYSTEM FROM: • regular maintenance of the lifting column system according to the maintenance schedule • daily monitoring of the operation and reliability of the lifting column system, elimination of defects and malfunctions and control of the manner of use • quality control of the installed materials, products and equipment and quality control proven by prescribed tests and documents, on which appropriate records are kept and reports are made for the client, • immediate reporting to the client on each interruption of the system function as well as re-functioning, and preparation of reports on the state and functionality of the system and equipment • administration and records of new and existing users of the lifting column system
