… the rental of telemetric units and the servicing of storage facilities, in accordance with all the conditions set out in this tender documentation and their annexes, so as to ensure the proper operation of the authorising entities as health care facilities (‘the facilities’). The provision of health care is directly related to the properties of the supplied liquid medical oxygen, which must meet all requirements under the relevant legislation or relevant technical standards. Medicinal oxygen will be filled into reservoirs that are owned by the South Moravian Region, as the founder of the delegating contracting entities and in the administration of these delegating contracting entities, with the exception of Znojmo Hospital, a contributory organisation and Hodonín TGM Hospital, a contributory organisation that will have a reservoir for the duration of the implementation of the framework agreement in a lease from the selected supplier and that will fill medical oxygen into the storage tanks leased by it.
