What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new tourist information center, reconstruction of the existing engine room, compressor room and two mining towers, as part of the revitalization of the site of the former Gabriel coal mine in Karviná. The mine has been closed and listed since 2000. The tourist information centre will serve the entire area and will include a bistro providing services for visitors to the area. After the completion of the construction of the Gabriela POHO Park, these buildings will be used for civic amenities, cultural, social and sports events.
