Austro Control GmbH intends to procure the ‘delivery, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of an integrated MET data processing system for Austro Control GmbH’. In particular, the procurement includes the software package as a unified centralised overall system (hereinafter ‘MET-DS’) for the six (6) air traffic control sites in Salzburg (LOWS), Innsbruck (LOWI), Klagenfurt (LOWK), Linz (LOWL), Graz (LOWG), Vienna (LOWW) as well as installation and commissioning, documentation and IT training. … platform provided by ACG. The commissioning of the ATIS/D-ATIS parts must be successfully completed by 30.06.2028 at the latest. In addition, an indefinite maintenance contract (24/7/365) for the new system is to be procured, which ensures both timely troubleshooting and further development in accordance with regulatory requirements. The maintenance contract is concluded for an indefinite period, with a notice period of eighteen (18) months on both sides at the end of a calendar year. The AN and the AG may terminate the contract at the earliest forty-eight (48) months (= renunciation) after expiry of the warranty period. The place of performance is Vienna and the commencement of performance is immediately after surcharge. The contract begins after acceptance of the system. Payment for the maintenance contract is made for the first time after expiry of the warranty of 2 years after acceptance. Optionally, the following performance components are to be offered: • a quota of 500 hours for activities within the meaning of the basic contract (cf. LV point 1.2) • Extensible Interface Capability (cf. 14.1 TecSpec) • Operating Mode "MONITOR LOCAL" (cf. 14.2 TecSpec) • SMA Interface (cf. 14.3 TecSpec) • Electric Storm Warning (cf. 14.4 TecSpec) • Alternate Airport for Military Aviation Display (cf. 14.5 TecSpec) • SWIM Interface (cf. 14.6 TecSpec). Procurement law option pursuant to § 365 BVergG 2018 is provided for and specified in point 1.4 of the procurement law provisions. Prerequisite for a valid offer is the presentation of an original vadium in paper form at the latest by the time of the opening of the offer.
