What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a contract with one company per lot for the delivery of WHM systems at the airport locations of Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna, including technical documentation and training for ACG's technical support staff. The existing foundation (static load-bearing capacity, dimensions), the data supply and the electrical supply (continuity, completeness and connection value) are provided by the AG in accordance with the specifications of the AN. All plants, equipment and components offered, the data supplied and the calculated products must comply with the international regulations of the WMO, ICAO-Annex 3 and EASA 2017/373. The properties for minimizing maintenance intervals, maintenance costs, along with maximizing the transparency of the ease of maintenance, the maintenance conditions, as well as the repair and service services have a high priority for the AG. This is a prerequisite for the acceptance of the system. The delivery and training of the equipment starts in the first year of delivery with the first deliveries from April 2027 and must be completed in the second year of delivery with the last training or long-term tests by the end of September 2028 at the latest. These dates are penalized. The place of performance is the airport locations in Graz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna. The performance period begins immediately after the award of the contract. Training of technical staff per lot is optional. An option under public procurement law in accordance with § 365 BVergG 2018 is provided for per lot and the tender sub-algae are specified.
