What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the complete implementation of the new construction of the ‘Eko park Voderady’ urban park. The main objective of this development project is to mitigate the impacts of climate change through the implementation of modern green and blue measures, within the scope of project documentation and area statement. The aim is to cool the urbanized space, retain rainwater in the country (replacing impermeable surfaces with permeable ones), promote biodiversity and create a full-fledged, aesthetic and completely barrier-free area for sports, relaxation and intergenerational gathering of residents.
