Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of "Other finished textile products - DBR". · Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, the subject of which is the purchase of other finished textile products. The contracting authority shall describe in the Public Procurement Documents the product categories and their characteristics for the implementation of which it intends to establish a DBR. After the successful completion of the participation phase of this procedure, when a specific procurement need arises, the Contracting Authority shall send the invitation to tender through the ERC to the candidates identified as suitable. … public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the candidate participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. In relation to point BT-727 (II.2.3), the contracting authority states that the address indicated therein is the seat of the contracting authority, which was specified in the invitation for technical reasons, and that the actual places of performance are indicated in the invitations to tender. The list of sites is provided by the Contracting Authority as part of the Technical Specifications, however, it reserves the right to clarify and supplement it during the bidding phases. Main product scope: Other finished textile products: 1. Blanket (pléd) 2. H-Tex sheet Estimated quantity: The estimated value of the total quantity that the contracting authority intends to order during the period of setting up the DBR (36 months) is HUF 303 000 000 net. Distribution by product category is expected to: 1. Blanket (pléd) - HUF 124,200,000 , The expected maximum size of some contracts: net HUF 10 000 000 2. H-Tex sheet - HUF 178,800.000, the expected maximum size of some contracts: HUF 10 000 000 net. The expected maximum size of each contract is indicative and will be specified at the bidding stage of the DPS. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not create any drawdown obligation for it. The value of the contracts to be performed at the same time is not expected to exceed HUF 25,000,000 net. Further characteristics of the product categories are set out in the technical specifications. During the 36-month period of the scheme, any economic operator may join the scheme if it submits a request to participate through the EQF and is deemed eligible. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), it reserves the possibility, during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, to specify in the invitation to tender options for the specific procurement need specified therein, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements.
