… with: the draft contract; The technical specification of the Employer; The Contractor's technical and price proposal. The funds will be provided from the budget of the Municipality of Plovdiv. The procedure is opened under the terms of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. no funding has been provided at the date of the opening of this public procurement procedure. The performance of the contract begins after confirmation by the Contracting Authority for secured funding. The period for performance of the contract shall be 36 (thirty-six) months from the starting date indicated in the award letter or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever is the earlier.
