The subject of the call for tenders is the supply of printed publications under the National Programme ‘Providing a modern, secure and accessible educational environment’, Activity 2 ‘Establishment of a Humanities Centre’ for the needs of the First Language School in Varna. During the execution of the contract, scientific and fiction literature, tests, grammars and dictionaries in Bulgarian language and literature and foreign-language fiction, tests, grammars and dictionaries in English, detailed in the Technical Specification, should be delivered. Lot № 1: Supply of scientific and fiction literature - Bulgarian authors. Lot № 2: Delivery of fiction in English. Lot № 3: Delivery of dictionaries, tests and grammars. Place of supply: the building of the First Language School, Varna. The procedure will be carried out in accordance with Article 104(2) of the PPA under the conditions of Article 61(2), (3) and (4) of the PPZOP, i.e. under the so-called reversed procedure.
