What the buyer is looking for
The object of the procurement is the Finnish Heritage Agency's / National Museum's ("Procurement Unit") museum's exhibition spotlights, as well as the related interchangeable optics and other accessories specified in the invitation to tender ("Goods"). The quantities of products to be procured and the minimum technical requirements are set out in the attached list of luminaires. The luminaires must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the National Museum's existing ERCO 3-phase light rails. The frame material of the luminaires must be aluminium. The luminaires must be available with replaceable optics, as defined in the invitation to tender, and with filters (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus or equivalent) that change the colour temperature in a warmer and colder direction. … services must be available in Finnish. The goods must be delivered by 29 January 2027. The selected supplier shall endeavour to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract and, if possible, before the deadline. A more detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier. Please note that the delivery of the goods will take place during the opening of the museum. For the above reason, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of the dates specified in the invitation to tender.
