… transport services according to its own needs and does not commit to minimum purchase volumes. The contract to be concluded does not contain an obligation to purchase quantities. The service description, delivery targets, routes and timetables, as well as the requirements concerning transport, transport equipment and the tenderer, the grounds for decision-making and other matters relevant to the performance of the contracts to be concluded are specified in more detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. Before the start of the contract period, the vehicle will be fitted with a locator device by the customer and billing will be done on the basis of the locator. The procurement is divided into two (2) groups: Kanta-Kokkola transports and regional transports. The price will be indicated in the tender for both categories and will be compared on the basis of the lowest total price (scoring).
