… Agreement may be extended twice by á for a period of 12 months. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is expected to be kr. 320 million. The maximum value of the framework agreement is kr. 450 million. Consumption can only be regarded as an estimate and is therefore not binding on the Ordering Party. The contracting entity has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the successful tenderer, cf. clause 1.3 of the framework agreement.
