… under the Rent Act are rented out to the Client. The legal framework for the performance of the tasks under this contract is: • Consolidated Act No 119 of 25 January 2026, Consolidated Act on public housing, etc. • Consolidated Act No 1642, of 07 December 2023, Consolidated Act on the operation of public housing, etc., as amended • Consolidated Act No 640 of 15 June 2026, Consolidated Act on the maintenance and refurbishment of public housing, etc. Consolidated Act No 928 of 04 September 2019 Consolidated Act on the rental of public housing Overall, the contract is offered with the aim of ensuring the most optimal operation, administration and maintenance of the housing. The contracting entity wishes to ensure and strengthen cooperation with the supplier to whom the contract is awarded. An ongoing dialogue, a clear framework and a clear alignment of expectations are some of the elements on which the Ordering Party wishes to build in its relationship with the Supplier. The contracting entity expects the financial volume of the contract to be DKK 0.8 million per year for the operation and administration of the care and elderly homes (the total rent payment amounts to DKK 19 million per year – which is balanced by expenditure on provisions, maintenance, etc.). The expected total value of the entire tender, including options for extension, cf. point 1.5 of the tender specifications, is DKK 6.5 million. The volume is purely indicative and is based on historical figures, so this cannot be taken as an expression of guaranteed future turnover.
