What the buyer is looking for
The subject-matter of the awarded public contract is the conclusion of one (1) framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive supplies of drugstores and cleaning products with the provision of substitute services for the needs of subsidised HMP organisations within the meaning of the delegating contracting authorities, for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Implementation will be carried out on the basis of the current needs of the delegating contracting authorities. The subject of performance also includes transport to the place of performance, packaging of goods in the standard way and unloading from the means of transport, all according to the specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded with one (1) selected supplier in accordance with the procedure laid down in Section 134 of the Act, i.e. without reopening competition between the participants in the framework agreement.
