… ensuring its operability, cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used in the actual installation from the place of performance in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended, all at the place of performance of the public contract. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, the technical conditions and the specifications are contained in the technical documentation, which forms an integral part of the procurement documents as Annex 3 thereto, and which was drawn up on the basis of a previous tender by DESIGN 4AVI s.r.o., ID 07303289, with its registered office at Pražská 1335/63, 102 00 Prague 10.
