What the buyer is looking for
The main objective of the project is the production of a new type of fermented milk drink, which will increase the competitiveness of Lacrum. This product with innovative features will complement the existing range. Achieving this objective is conditional on the introduction of a new, suitable refuelling device with the parameters set by the Operational Group. The implementation of the project will bring new knowledge that can be used in other activities of the Dairy Research Institute and in expanding the production and marketing capacities of Lacrum. The subject of the contract is the supply of one complete functional technological unit for Ultra Clean / ESL filling milk, kefir and other liquid or fermented dairy products into PET bottles.
