What the buyer is looking for
The subject of this public contract is the provision of transport services in the territory of the city of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem by the operation of public transport, to the extent specified in the annexes to this Tender Documentation. The expected annual transport performance range is approximately 45,600 vehicle-kilometres. Within the meaning of Section 100(1) of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the scope of transport performance in the course of performance according to its current transport needs, in particular by changing timetables, routes, lines or connections. The range of transport performance in one calendar year shall be at least 30 000 vehicle-kilometres and not more than 60 000 vehicle-kilometres. … shall ensure smooth acceptance and continuous provision of the service from the first day of the contract, including the provision of the necessary authorisations, vehicles, personnel, technical and operational facilities, passenger handling, fare collection, sales records and cooperation in the integration of transport into the VDV system.
