… authority.These are urban low-floor buses. Mild-hybrid buses must meet the definition of a low-emission vehicle of category M3 pursuant to Section 3(c) of Act 360/2022 Coll. (Act on the promotion of low-emission vehicles through public procurement and public passenger transport services), i.e. it must be a mild-hybrid vehicle in combination with a diesel engine and non-peripheral electrical equipment as an energy converter with an electrically and externally recharged energy storage system. The requirements for the specific technical specification of the diesel and mild hybrid buses are set out in Annex 1 to the binding model framework agreement.
