The subject of each lot is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor (without reopening the competition) for the management, maintenance and cleaning of the buildings ‘Na Bojišti’ (Part 2 of the contract) and ‘Administrative building Sokolovská’ (Part 1 of the contract) under the administration of Department 200400 ‘Technical management of buildings’. The activities required for performance are specified in the annexes to the procurement documents, in particular in the binding draft contracts for the performance of the contract, which form Annexes 2a and 2b to the procurement documents (‘the Contracts’). In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, the public contract is divided into 2 lots, taking into account a possible different range of suppliers and in order to increase competition between suppliers.
