What the buyer is looking for
The subject of this contract is the supply of hardware infrastructure intended for operation in the environment of the High Security Information Zone, which is used for the processing, storage and transmission of information with increased requirements of confidentiality, integrity and availability, consisting of parts, individual components listed in the performance specification in Annex 1 to the Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘Goods’ or ‘HW’). … the defined type and number of licenses. VMware vSphere Fondation 9.x iii. Windows Server 2025 Datacenter iv. Windows Server 2025 Standard necessary for the required functionality of HW, including the provision of basic technical support (maintenance) of these licenses for a period corresponding to the licensing program set out in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement; c) installation, configuration and implementation of the Goods as a functional whole into the existing infrastructure in the customer's environment; d) handing over documents and documents related to the use of the Goods, in particular technical documentation including documentation of parameters, configurations and settings, in the Czech language via email or license portal; the declaration of conformity; the operational documentation; or delivery notes, warranty certificates of individual components; e) to grant permission to exercise the right to use those parts or components of the Goods that represent or contain copyrighted works or other intellectual property rights, to the extent specified in the Draft Contract; f) verification of the functionality of the Goods by means of a trial operation pursuant to Article VI of the Draft Contract; (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘object of performance’). Furthermore, the subject of performance includes the provision of Technical Support for Goods under the HPE Proactive Care regime, to the extent specified by the manufacturer, by the supplier for a period of 5 years from the signing of the Handover Protocol pursuant to Article VI(2) of the Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority further requires that the Software and the licenses that are part of the Goods pursuant to paragraph 4.1 of the ZD or part of the subject of performance pursuant to paragraph 4.2(b) of the ZD (hereinafter referred to as the "SW" and the "License") shall be delivered electronically and the license terms and other necessary information and documentation for the use of the SW and the licenses shall be included. The detailed description of the subject of performance is defined in the draft contract set out in Annex 1 to the ZD.
