… System (hereinafter referred to as "Development"); - expert support services for the operation of the System - in particular providing reconfiguration and parameterization of the System, performing separate analyses relating to the System and modifying the System without the need to interfere with the source code (hereinafter referred to as "Expert Support Services"); a - Contract termination services (hereinafter referred to as "Exit Services"). (Takeover Services, Operations Support Services, Development, Expert Support Services and Exit Service, hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘the Services’). The services must be performed in accordance with the information and communication technology standards of the contracting authority/entity listed in Annex B6 to the Treaty, the current version of which is provided by the contracting authority/entity for the purpose of submitting a tender as Annex G (i.e. the standards of the contracting authority/entity as amended). The detailed specifications of the Services and the outputs and activities carried out within them, including the manner of their fulfilment and the relevant conditions, are set out in Annex B – Binding Model Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or the "Binding Model Contract") and its annexes.
