… transportation of children and pupils of all ages to various educational activities and other events). Along with children and/or pupils, the accompanying teachers/educators and/or other adult persons accompanying children and/or pupils will also use the transportation services. Transportation services will also be used by budgetary and public institutions subordinate to the administration of Kaunas City Municipality. The preliminary quantities of services to be procured and the requirements for the subject of the procurement are specified in the tender form (Annex 2 to the Specific Terms and Conditions) and in Annex 7 to the Specific Terms and Conditions. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to ensure the purchase of all specified services and all quantities thereof, does not guarantee to the Suppliers a continuing need for all services and is not responsible for any change (increase or decrease) in the quantity of services. A framework agreement is to be concluded with 3 (three) suppliers (or less than 3 (three) if less than 3 (three) suppliers are recognised as successful suppliers) who have submitted admissible tenders in accordance with the requirements set out in the procurement documents. For specific services, framework service contracts will be awarded to participants who have concluded a framework contract in the context of a partial reopening of competition between suppliers.
