What the buyer is looking for
The subject of contracts awarded under this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the supply of information/computing technology, telecommunications technology, audiovisual technology, accessories to the procured or already used technology. Each successful tenderer to whom a specific contract will be awarded in the established DNS will also be obliged to ensure the provision of a warranty service for the delivered goods, including, if necessary, installation. The contracts awarded under that DNS will cover, inter alia, the supply of personal computers, notebooks, tablets, docking stations, servers, storage discs for computers, notebooks and servers, expansion cards and modules for computers, notebooks and servers, racks, backup resources, , active network elements, manageable and non-changeable switches (switches), LAN adapters, monitors, printers,…

… multifunction copying devices, scanners, 3D printers, modems, speakers, microphones and headphones, mobile phones, web cameras, video cameras, internal and external storage discs, keyboards and mice, RAM memories, graphics cards, USB memory sticks, USB extension cables, USB-USB C charging cables, USB, CD and DVD media chargers, digital cameras, video projectors, colour televisions and related accessories for those goods. The above calculation is not set out exhaustively, but only as an example of the calculation of the most frequent subjects of individual subcontracts. A detailed specification of the subject of each sub-contract will be provided in the invitations to tender, which will be sent to all candidates included in the DNS when awarding contracts under the established DNS. Environmental requirements may be integrated into the detailed specification of the subject of the contract in individual calls for tender under the established DNS. By applying green public procurement, the contracting authority promotes the sustainable use of natural resources and the achievement of behavioural changes towards sustainable production and consumption. The objective of the establishment of the DNS is to allow the contracting authority to award contracts flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its current needs. When awarding specific contracts, tenders will not be submitted in the form of an electronic catalogue. The contracting authority did not divide the DNS into categories or into lots, since the actual award of subcontracts will de facto divide the whole contract into several smaller ones. The contracting authority undertakes, when awarding subcontracts, to combine the sub-requirements for the purchase of the goods referred to therein on the basis of the material and functional nature of the individual goods required, while observing the principles of public procurement. The contracting authority does not limit the number of candidates included in the DNS, nor does it lay down any conditions or qualification criteria for qualifying for the DNS, other than the conditions for the personal status of candidates based on Section 32 of Act No 343/2015 on public procurement and amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”). The contracting authority will award specific contracts in the DNS at irregular intervals and at different scales and financial volumes according to its own needs.
