… Institute for Drug Control. The estimated quantities of each item are set out in Annex 12 to the specifications. The contracting authority reserves the right to consider the expected quantity as non-binding. If necessary, the contracting authority reserves the right to order quantities lower or higher than foreseen. If the quantities ordered are lower than the expected quantities, the tenderer is not automatically entitled to receive the full scope of the subject-matter of the contract as defined in Annex 12 to the tender specifications.
