… Confidentiality Agreement concluded through a secure repository. The non-public part of the tender documents will be provided to the candidate on the basis of the signed Confidentiality Agreement delivered to the contracting authority by the authorised person(s) to act for the candidate in 3 copies in person at the contracting authority’s registry or at the address of the contracting authority’s registered office (see point 1 of these tender documents) in paper form. At the same time, the candidate shall indicate the name, surname and e-mail of the person who will be allowed to consult the documentation of the contracting authority.
