… performance and should include at least weekly reviews of system error logs, an overview of potential problems related to hardware and software infrastructure and their elimination. The operating mode of the system should be uninterrupted, year-round. In case of necessity at the request of the Assignor, the Contractor shall make corrections and additional adjustments, consistent with the current architecture and system performance requirements. Any development of additional functionalities or change of the existing ones under the system, the Assignor will set by written request with a description of the objective prerequisites, giving rise to the need for further development, set a reasonable period for submission of information by the Contractor for a decision, date, name and position of a contact person by the Assignor. In turn, the Contractor will provide the information on the specific execution of the Terms of Reference and the hours required for the specific decisions within the specified time limit.
