The contract is not subject to special performance conditions laid down in Article 47 of the Public Procurement Act, in application of Article 2(3) of Regulation No 21 of 19 December 2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles, with the following reason: The object of the contract is the purchase of vehicles adapted for use by the Ministry of the Interior under a special mode of use.
