In connection with Rødovre Municipality's development of Gartnerbyen, Rødovre Municipality decided to build a citizen's house in connection with Rødovre Town Hall (Borgerhuset). Construction of the Citizen's House was part of Rødovre Municipality's tender for building rights in Gartnerbyen, so the winning bidder must also tender and construct the Citizen's House. The Citizens' House is intended as an open house, which brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so that in future citizens only have to turn to a place when they need Rødovre Municipality, and which provides premises for associations and other activities for the citizens of Rødovre. … authority) was awarded building licences as well as the right to tender and construct the Citizens' House, which is then transferred to Rødovre Municipality. In this connection, the Municipality of Rødovre has delegated its obligations to comply with the applicable procurement rules to A. Enggaard A/S in connection with the invitation to tender and the conclusion of contracts for the construction of Borgerhuset. The task is divided and tendered in 5 tender packages with specialist contracts. The tender for the floor contract was tendered as part of tender package 2, but was cancelled after submission of the tender. The present invitation to tender is therefore a re-tender of the technical contract Floor. The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with Consolidated Act No 116 of 03/02/2025, the Public Procurement Act, as amended (the Public Procurement Act). All communication with the contracting authority during the procurement and execution phases must be in Danish in both written and spoken form. The flooring contract covers the construction of subfloors as well as the supply and execution of finished floor coverings, including concrete, screed and floating concrete layers, as well as coatings in epoxy, polyurethane and linoleum. The work includes all necessary pre-treatments, constructions and adaptations, as well as coordination with other contracts and installations.
