Construction of the Citizen's House was part of Rødovre Municipality's tender for building rights in Gartnerbyen, so the winning bidder must also tender and construct the Citizen's House. The Citizens' House is intended as an open house, which both brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so that the citizens in future only have to turn to a place when they need Rødovre Municipality, and which provides premises for gatherings and other activities for the citizens of Rødovre. … contracting authority) was awarded building licences as well as the right to tender and construct the Citizens' House, which is then transferred to Rødovre Municipality. In this connection, the Municipality of Rødovre has delegated its obligations to comply with the applicable procurement rules to A. Enggaard A/S in connection with the invitation to tender and the conclusion of contracts for the construction of Borgerhuset. The task is divided and tendered in 5 tender packages with specialist contracts. The tender for the Construction and Coating Centre price was offered as tender package 5, but was cancelled after the tender was submitted. This invitation to tender is a re-tender of the technical contract Construction and coating. The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with Consolidated Act No 116 of 03/02/2025, the Public Procurement Act, as amended (the Public Procurement Act). All communication with the contracting authority during the procurement and execution phases must be in Danish in both written and spoken form. The contract includes all necessary works for the establishment of finished terrain and landscape works around the building, including clearing of existing conditions, building of support layers as well as the execution of coatings, drainage and terrain fixtures. The work includes planting, asphalt coatings, concrete tiles in terrain and on roof terraces, edge boundaries, plinth and line drains, guide lines and attention fields. In addition, the contract includes the supply and installation of terrain fixtures such as bicycle racks, benches, bins, bollards and signage. The contract includes the construction of bottom protection, stable support layers and screed layers, as well as coordination with other contracts, including guideways and cable work for lighting. The work must be carried out with correct falls, tolerances and compaction requirements according to project material. The contract is delivered as complete and finished outdoor areas including cleaning, adjustment and care until delivery.
