… framework agreements are identical. SKI's customers are original parties to the framework agreement and the parallel framework agreements, and can thus use these and comply with their obligation to tender. The framework agreement is expected to be awarded to 267 hotels. The process is described in detail in point 8.3.1 of the tender specifications. The Customers' award of delivery contracts is made in accordance with Annex D Use of the Framework Agreement. The State as a whole is obliged to apply the Framework Agreement. Annexes A and A.1 indicate which customers can use the Framework Agreement.
