What the buyer is looking for
The Rechtspraak wants to conclude one national agreement with a specialized service provider who acts as an integral partner in the field of home security and family security. The service is aimed at employees of the Judiciary who are confronted with an increased security risk because of their position or circumstances. The contractor must not only be able to advise, deliver and maintain security measures, but also ensure monitoring, alarm monitoring, guidance, advice, coordination and ‘special services’ throughout the entire duration of a security trajectory. The estimated value of the Assignment amounts on average to € 800,000, -- excluding VAT per year, therefore € 4,000,000,-- excluding VAT over a term of 5 years. In order to prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the interim and the framework agreement from losing its effect before the intended end of the term, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum contract value of € 6,000,000,--excluding VAT.
