What the buyer is looking for
The municipalities of Amstelveen and Aalsmeer have a large real estate portfolio for which up-to-date and reliable maintenance information is necessary to be able to substantiate planned management, maintenance and investment decisions. The reason for this agreement is the need to (re)inspect the municipal real estate in accordance with NEN 2767, to update the existing inventories and multiannual maintenance plans (MJOPs) and to draw up sustainable multiannual maintenance plans (DMJOPs) for part of the portfolio. The size of the decrease is 180 objects as set out in Annex B, divided over the next three years 2027, 2028 and 2029. The estimated size is based on the results of previous contracts and the internal market survey. No rights can be derived from the estimated scope.
Selection criteria — in the procurement documents
