… Change notes, which are discussion memos for the purpose of the market consultation, are written together with experts from the PBL) and final opinions. Tenderers are asked to cooperate with the PBL by providing technical knowledge. The Tenderer is also asked to support the PBL in the market consultation by analysing written and oral responses, participating in interviews and contributing to the documentation of the market consultation. The Tenderer supports the PBL in the translation of the change notice and the market consultation in the final opinion. At least one expert from both the PBL and the Tenderer will be involved in each theme. A minimum of 3 out of 8 themes will be invested with the tendering party, in any case: 1. Combustion and gasification of biomass; 2. Geothermal energy; 3. Biomass fermentation. The remaining 5 topics are optional. For each theme, the contractor contributes to the following products, namely: - Amendment note; - Description and justification of the method of calculation of correction amounts; - Sharing available cost information with PBL experts; - Conducting interviews in the context of market consultation; - Response and processing of the responses resulting from the market consultation; - Final opinion (as a chapter within the final opinion).
