… professionals on time and to organise the hiring of temporary capacity in a uniform and manageable manner, the Municipality of The Hague wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one broker service provider. The broker service provider supports the municipality in recruiting, selecting, contracting and administratively facilitating temporary professionals for the MIRT projects. The invitation to tender is not divided into lots. The municipality expects that the requested services can be performed in full by one market party. The municipality therefore intends to conclude one Framework Agreement with one Entrepreneur.
