… Construction Act (OG 155/25), the investor shall ensure professional supervision over the execution of works and in accordance with Article 73 of the Construction Act. The Occupational Safety and Health Act (NN Nos 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) will also provide an occupational safety coordinator. Professional supervision and safety at work will be carried out on works covering: 1. the completion of already designed and partly executed walls A and B (which were originally planned as retaining walls in the function of landslide remediation) to be transformed into Colombian walls in such a way that the above-ground structure is upgraded to wall A, then both walls are covered with a final brick lining and that Colombian niches are installed to them, without changing their function and load-bearing structure. 2. construction of a total of eight (new) burial fields that will be built through four usable units (fields 49 - 56) for which four usable permits will be obtained. The new burial fields are located on Gaju urn within the Krematorija cemetery Mirogoj on the southern part of the no. 3200/1, no. Gračani. The area is about 39.526 m2, located southeast of the Krematorija building, and includes the existing forest inside the cemetery, and the entire area is landscaped. The project of works for the extension of the Gaj urni cemetery, for which the service that is the subject of this public procurement is provided, is marked in the EOJN code 949-2026-EVV. The estimated value of the works is 11.300.000,00 EUR excluding VAT.
