The subject of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidation in the cadastral area of Mělčany u Ivančice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No 357/2013 on the land register (the cadastral decree), as amended, on the basis of requests from land owners pursuant to Act No 139/2002 on land consolidation and land offices, as amended, with the aim of spatially and functionally organizing property rights to land and related easements, making land available and ensuring conditions for rational management of land owners and increasing the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the CoPÚ will serve for the renewal of the cadastral opera and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The projected area of the area under construction is 684 ha.
