What the buyer is looking for
The object of the Public Procurement Act is to secure state material reserves by means of a reservation of 100 tonnes of pork stewed ham (hereinafter also referred to as ‘pork ham’), subject to the possible future purchase of all or part of the reserved volume of pork ham. In accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, the tangible reserve will be considered as property of the Czech Republic with the competence to manage for the contracting authority (the transfer of ownership rights to the Czech Republic occurs only on the basis of the Purchase Agreement when the object of the reservation is actually purchased (removal from storage). The subject of the LP is divided into 2 (two) parts: 1st part of the ACR: reservation of 50 tonnes of pork ham – sliced packaging, part 2 of the VZ: reservation of 50 tonnes of pork ham – whole packaging.
