… arrangement of infrastructure and implementation of connections together with the necessary shifts of public lines. The lower entry-exit platform or overpass is provided at a height that allows crossing the Istrian road and direct access to the vertical communication - lift. The platform is intended for pedestrians and cyclists. As part of the vertical communication, they lifted. A roofed surface shall be provided in front of the entrance to the lift. The upper entry-exit platform or viaduct is planned at the level of the upper arrangement on Markov hrib slightly below the level of the "Circle". As an independent adjoining facility, a covered bicycle station is also envisaged. A retaining wall shall be provided for the purpose of stabilising the hinterland. Between the tower and the back support wall, a horizontal AB board is provided, which is embedded in the construction of the column of the viaduct. The lift to Markovec as a whole consists of an overpass and viaduct and an intermediate vertical structure with lifts and a viewpoint. As part of the lower-lying part of the building, a bar and public toilets are provided. The column and viaduct will be executed in visible concrete. The catering facility will have a partially glazed façade. The canopies in front of the elevators will be made of glass on a steel substructure. Vertical communication is represented by two lifts designed for the transport of pedestrians and cyclists, which are built into the pillar of the viaduct.
