The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the supply of display equipment (projectors, LED/LCD displays or interactive panels), sound equipment (speakers, amplifiers, microphones and accessories), control and switching elements, mounting components, cabling and other accessories necessary for the full operation of the system. An equivalent shall be deemed to be a device or technical solution which, while observing the required technical parameters, functional characteristics and operational requirements, ensures the same or a higher standard of performance for the purpose of the subject-matter of the contract. The tenderer is required to demonstrate compliance with all the minimum requirements specified in the technical specification.
