The task of the developer consultant is to support the contracting entity in defining the objectives, scope, costs, schedule, risks and form of implementation of the project, and to manage and coordinate the implementation of the project to the extent specified by the contracting entity. The service includes, among other things, expert support for project preparation and planning, project management and construction tasks, planning guidance and coordination, cost and schedule guidance, risk management, and support for procurement preparation and tendering, as required by the contracting entity.
